Environment issue is dominest after some years that is Global Warming and the effect to all of live things. Global warming has effect to happens "Climate Change" and it caused many disasters in our country. That disasters are distability of climate, hot temperature, surface of water sea up, flat, and so on.
Report of Semester III year 2002 from The Intergovermental Panel On Climate Change (IPCC) said that from results of observation about 50 years that global warming caused by polairity of human lives. This report see happens increasement of global temperature between 1,4 until 5,5 celcius degree in this century, we can see to total of fosil burning things which we burned and the effects to climate system.
Now all generals already knew that polarity of human lives since industry revolution in all of sector already broke the environment. Usement of fosil burning things (oil, gas and black stone) for electric generator, industry, and usement of electronic tools and motor find out green house's emition to atmosphere, go on with increase total of green house's gas on atmosphere, and caused increasement of sun's calor on the atmosphere. This condition become source of increasement of temperature on the surface of the earth which we called Global Warming and many effects such as water sea surface up, increase of evaporation on the air, and changed rainy pole and air pressure, so that caused happens Climate Change.
Which minus known generally is that rubbish which every day we producted also support to green house's emition. 1 ton of fixed rubbish products about 50 kg of methana's gas (CH4). Count from increasement of total of people, in year 2020 will products 500 kg/day or 190 thousand ton/year of rubbish, it means Indonesia will send methana's gas to the atmosphere which has total 9500 tons.
In order to we can combatting climate change, city's rubbish have to recycle exactly. UU (rules) about Recycle of Rubbish already clear manage all of rules about it. Altough have to awarded that reference about steps to anticipates the effects of rubbish with global warming, and climate change still very limited.
As real steps, we can minimize with maximally total of rubbish which producted by us, such as with usage function that to be compost, and doing 3-R principle (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle).
